We have a wonderful record of longevity among the teaching staff at our school as we have had very little turnover over the years. The Montessori certified teaching staff is extensively trained per the requirements of the American Montessori Society and receive ongoing training and mentoring from our veteran Director of Education and Philosophy. The Montessori School of Bowling Green was the first Montessori school in Ohio to be accredited by the American Montessori Society and our teachers are a credit to this.
